Commercial Property Lawyer

Commercial Property Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE required to join our busy and well-respected client in their Chelmsford office to be part of their Commercial property Team. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Property offering, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice. As Commercial Property Lawyer you will join a busy and highly regarded team dealing with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate.

This role can be Full time or Part time with a minimum 3-day weeks (22.5 hours) per week which are flexible, also this role can also be hybrid.

The Role

• Working within a busy and highly regarded commercial property team
• Dealing with all aspects of Commercial property including sales and purchases, plot sales, investment, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts and non-contentious landlord and tenant matters.
• Manage own caseload, appropriate to their level of experience.

The Person

• A Commercial property Solicitor/Legal Executive with 4 years PQE Free earner
• Excellent timekeeping and communication skills, both verbal and written
• A professional approach to work
• Exceptional client care
• A positive, friendly and helpful approach to being a team player
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
